By purchasing a subscription product from Rossa, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you selected at checkout:

• 1 Pack — billed every 1 month
• 3 Pack — billed every 3 months
• 5 Pack — billed every 5 months

The amount charged matches the subscription price shown during checkout and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a Rossa product, you will be charged automatically on the recurring schedule above. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

• Optional Service: Adding a Monthly Refill (subscription) is optional. You may remove it before checkout or toggle it off at any time during the purchase.
• Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is created through any of the following:

• Log in to your Rossa account at https://account.tryrossa.shop and cancel directly from the Subscriptions section
• Click the cancellation or management link included in any Rossa subscription email
• Email us at support@tryrossa.shop with your full name and order number for faster processing

We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

• Renewals: Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.
• No Cancellation After Creation: Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.
• Valid Orders: All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may update the following at any time through your account portal:

• Next delivery date (skip or reschedule)
• Shipping address
• Payment method
• Pause or cancel
